Laura really made our stay. On checkout day, we asked how to get a taxi from the thermal baths to Imola, and she offered to drive us there in her van without charging anything. The hotel has a family feel, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Five stars, I recommend it to everyone.

8/10
The team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Everyone was kind, friendly, and ready to help, and the rooms were clean and had what we needed. Breakfast was good, with a decent range of choices. The hotel is right opposite the castle in Riolo Terme, a really picturesque spot. It meets its three-star standard, though a few room details and furnishings could use an update. It's a simple, welcoming place for a quiet stay in a distinctive setting.

The food was good, and the main course was the part that stood out most. The owner and waitresses were kind, organized, and very efficient. I had dinner at Antico, and the evening was great apart from the bar. At 10:00 PM, the black-haired bartender wouldn't serve us drinks because she said closing time was in 20 minutes. She was already putting chairs on tables and sweeping while we were there. A shame about the evening bar service.

The staff were very helpful, and the location is remarkable. The building could be fantastic with renovation, but the rooms are tiny, with small beds, uncomfortable mattresses, and furniture from the 1960s. The showers are tiny too. The air conditioning wasn't working at first, though it was fixed later.
