The property itself is beautiful, but the way it was managed was awful and showed no professionalism. I’d called beforehand to make sure our room would be ready at 4:00 PM as scheduled, because I had a 15-month-old baby. They assured me it would be. Instead, we got the room at 7:00 PM, three hours late, and there were many other families in the same ridiculous situation. Nobody could say when the rooms would be ready or offered to find a solution. The manager even hid instead of facing a verbal confrontation. What a disgrace. After a delay like that, guests should get an upgrade or some kind of refund. I had to insist on it myself, while they seemed to think a complimentary aperitif would make up for the inconvenience. But what about the trouble this caused? For me and many other families, this was absurd and disgraceful. After my stay, they messaged me to say, “WE ARE NOT THE RIGHT CLIENT FOR THIS PROPERTY.” Get real. It’s shameful. I should report this to consumer associations.

The sunrise from the apartment balcony was fantastic, with panoramic mountain views all around. This place is a hidden gem in the Apennines, tucked into nature and tranquility, just steps from the Monte Cimone ski lifts and beautiful hiking trails. It’s ideal for outdoor and sports lovers, and we’d love to return when there’s snow for a proper winter stay. Our apartment was modern and welcoming, with free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, fully equipped kitchens, and all the comforts we needed. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home. The food was generous and made with fresh, local ingredients. We tried almost everything on the menu, and I’m still thinking about the wild boar with polenta. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a real plus when traveling with furry friends.

The staff were friendly and helpful from beginning to end, and the private ski and boot storage was handy. We probably booked the smallest studio, but it was still very comfortable for two adults and a child. It’s right on the slopes, so we could ski and enjoy snow days with the kids without having to move the car. The apartment has everything you need, including a huge TV already set up for on-demand content. Everything’s been completely renovated. We’ll be back!
