I regret booking this place. It felt neglected and unclean, and the staff’s attitude was shocking. They made everything harder instead of helping. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

The place was in poor condition, and the way the staff dealt with concerns made the whole stay horrible. If you expect professionalism or even basic courtesy, look elsewhere. Never again.

My booking vanished and they took my money, but I still haven’t been refunded. I felt completely let down and extremely frustrated. Instead of helping fix it, they made it impossible to communicate. Absolutely unacceptable.

For all four days, there was no hot water, so we had to shower cold. The owner said it worked and that we just needed to let it run, but that wasn’t true. We contacted her on WhatsApp to report the problems, including the dirty bathroom and a toilet flush button that kept falling off. She barely responded, and after we repeatedly asked for another place or some other solution, she stopped replying. She also entered the apartment while we were out, without our consent. Our belongings were inside, and I find that especially egregious. She photographed our ID cards on her personal phone without giving any assurance about how that data would be protected or used. The apartment was a deplorable basement infested with moths. The bed was so uncomfortable that its sharp slats dug into our skin. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it, given the lack of hygiene and basic amenities, the poor service, and this alarming invasion of privacy.
