We had a really upsetting stay. The room we were given was below the standard we’d booked, and the bathroom was outside the room. Then in the morning, I got scolded without even a “good morning” because we arrived at 12:50 AM rather than the 11:30 PM-12:00 AM I’d told the hotel in chat. Their check-in hours are listed as 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The highway was closed at Ferrara Sud, though, and we had to take a complicated detour. To top it off, they accused me of causing damage. I don’t know.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the pool and jacuzzi were a great extra. Our room was huge, spotless, and had everything we needed. We were welcomed warmly and the service was excellent. We’d happily come back again and again!

The clean, saltwater pool surrounded by beautiful greenery was lovely, and the whole building was spotless. We stayed in a spacious attic room with a bathroom and small TV lounge. Breakfast was delicious every day, and the owners were incredibly kind and committed. The owner also gave us great tips on places to visit, sights to see, and restaurants. It felt very safe for a family holiday. Lignano’s beach is about a 20-minute drive away. We highly recommend it!

We felt at home straight away, even though we probably weren’t the easiest guests. The hosts took such warm, attentive care of us, and I’ve rarely met people so friendly. Breakfast was top-notch and the room was great. Huge compliments to them, I’d book again in a heartbeat 😃

Though it’s tucked away in a small town, the main sights around Friuli Venezia Giulia are easy to reach, the sea is only half an hour away, and there are excellent restaurants nearby. The property is carefully maintained and has an old-world feel. The owners are extremely friendly.
