At around 300 a night, this feels like an average stay priced like a boutique hotel. For me, it would make sense at roughly 120 euros per room. The spa costs extra, and the food is standard international hotel fare. The kids’ club was okay, but there weren’t specific activities, just someone keeping an eye on the children while they watched TV. The massage room is beside the kids’ room, so you can hear their music, which isn’t relaxing. The staff seemed overworked and too few in number. They did try, but good service seemed impossible under those conditions. There was only one cleaner, doing her best, while the corridors stayed dirty for much of the day. And so on. The rooms are pricey for such average service.

The heated pool was a hit, and there’s a little park full of toys for children. We spent two days here on a summer break with our two young kids, and had a really nice stay. Everyone was so friendly, and our room was clean and spacious. We also ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The food was consistently good, with a fair range of choices. Breakfast was the main hassle. The staff, who were very friendly, served everything, so we had to queue for coffee and again whenever we needed more bread or jam. We found that odd and annoying, and sometimes gave up because it took too long. The hotel is also close to a road where trucks pass day and night. We didn’t think to request a room on the other side, so you might want to ask. We’d recommend it and would come back!

The location worked really well, only a few kilometres from the ski lift. Breakfast was included, and the bar and cafe were open whenever we wanted them. The room was okay.

The rooms were clean, the food was nice, and the service was good. Still, it was noisy and too expensive, especially with the spa costing extra.
