We especially loved breakfast, with homemade sweets, mountain cheese, and freshly baked bread. The hotel and restaurant are run by a lovely family who were warm and always available. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, and the place is wheelchair accessible. There are trekking paths and local shops nearby. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

My husband has a severe shellfish allergy, and after a hike we sat down for drinks at lunch. The people at the next table had shellfish, and his face started itching, so we decided it was safest to leave without eating. A short-haired woman, who I assumed was the owner or manager, came out and said she understood we weren’t going to eat. When we confirmed, she swept up our table setting, slammed the wooden number back onto the table, and walked off. We were only trying to keep him safe, so it was upsetting to be treated that way.

The service was excellent, and so was the meal. The mixed antipasto stood out, and the pastas were great too. Highly recommend!

The restaurant feels smart and has a good selection of local dishes, and breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. My room was clean and well equipped, though it could feel a little cramped if you stayed for a long time.
