The service was friendly and attentive, and the food and atmosphere made for a great meal in the Italian mountains. The first courses were the highlight: the broccoli soup was delicious and made in a way we hadn’t tried before, while the hearty legume soup combined lots of different beans with barley and chicory. The sausage was pressed quite flat, so its texture was a little different from what we expected. We loved the local food and the mountains, and would happily return.

We only went to the restaurant, and had a great meal. The staff were kind, gluten-free pasta was available, and the prices were more than fair.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed, and despite the hotel being right by the road, it wasn’t noisy. We slept really well. Lara was a fantastic host and helped us in so many ways. Such a friendly place, and the home-cooked food was amazing.

We spent six nights here on a family skiing holiday and left with great memories. The family room was just right, with lots of space, and it was clean and warm. The staff gave exemplary service, and the food was absolutely fantastic. There was a great drinks selection at reasonable prices too. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, and would recommend Capanna Bill.
