I've traveled around Italy often with colleagues, and only rarely have I found this mix of a family atmosphere, professionalism, and helpfulness. Breakfast and room service were superb, and so were the bath products, shampoo, and after-bath items. Marco Garofalo, the owner, is an original photographer and even took pictures of us. A terrible experience. The reservation said check-in was at 10:00 AM, but two days later they messaged to say it couldn't be before 2:00 PM. I called to cancel, and was told I'd still have to pay at least 50%. Shame!
The villa was beautiful and well cared for, and the owner was kind and very helpful. The room was warm, very clean, and had all the comforts. My partner and I spent New Year's Eve there and had a wonderful time. They brought sparkling wine to the room so we could celebrate the New Year. There's internal parking too. I'd recommend it to everyone.
The breakfast was generous, the staff friendly, and the place so clean and peaceful. We stayed two nights and found it absolutely top-notch. It's easy to reach and close to the main cities, so I think we'll be regulars. Congratulations to Garofalo Rooms!
We had a small issue during our stay, and the owner gave us use of the swimming pool as a gift. The location is really nice and the welcome was excellent.
