That morning, we found croissants waiting at our reserved table, along with other desserts and drinks. The day before, we’d spent Ferragosto in the dining room with local dishes, live music, and good red wine. We’d just finished a wonderful three-day stay and were leaving Crotone. The setting is peaceful and green, the welcome was warm, and the value was great. Angela, the owner, is very sweet and attentive, and her father was just as thoughtful with guests. My partner and I hope we can come back soon.

We felt thoroughly looked after by Angela and her family, and their smiles and warm welcome made the stay even nicer. The room was roomy, clean, and very quiet. The food was excellent, made with home-grown produce and cooked beautifully, yet it was incredibly good value. If you want a relaxing break, this is a lovely place to stay. We had an unforgettable holiday.

Dinner was generous, with local specialties and plenty of homemade dishes, and the prices were excellent. The place itself is spacious, clean, and welcoming. Franco and Angela are wonderful people, the kind you don’t come across often anymore. Really good value for money.

The food was excellent for the price, and everything was kept clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and efficient throughout our experience. We’d definitely return, and I’d recommend the place.

The owner made kind comments, but reports about things not working, like the room light bulbs, didn’t get much attention. Breakfast was very modest, with COVID-19 given as the reason. That’s a shame, because the location would be interesting.
