We were there as a couple for three days and had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly kind, and our room was very clean and welcoming. Parking, a shuttle to the slopes, heated ski and boot storage, and Wi-Fi were all included in the price. They have everything you need, and we can definitely recommend the hotel.

Really good value for the money, and the whole staff were friendly and welcoming. It has the essentials for a few days on the slopes, including ski storage and a shuttle. Highly recommended!

We had a lot of fun at the baby dances, and the staff were so patient with my lovely daughters all day. Claudia and Andrea were especially kind and polite, and the service was top-notch. The restaurant was truly excellent too, congratulations to Chef Angelo. The location is comfortable and the staff are friendly. We absolutely recommend it and will be back.

The entertainment really stood out. Andrea and Hiba put together lovely evenings for both children and adults, and made everyone feel included and welcome. The hotel itself was clean and very welcoming. They were fantastic.
