Beautiful beach.

It’s a shame the place isn’t kept up well. The staff are really friendly, and the restaurant has a sea view. You can have simple dishes in a simple, quiet setting. The bungalows need renovation, and the exterior needs updating too. Maybe the prices for bungalow stays and parking should be reviewed.

We spent three days and two nights at Hotel Residence Poseidon in Stalettì to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary, and already said goodbye as if we’d known everyone for years. The bungalow was basic, but clean and comfortable, just a few steps from the sea in the beautiful Baia di Caminia. Carmen and Angela from the Staff were especially kind and helpful, and the welcome was excellent. We loved the food, the wine, and the breathtaking view from the terrace. We also had a special conversation with the owner, engineer Carmelo, and discovered some incredible coincidences. It felt like a family place, with little touches that matter. We’ll definitely come back, even just for dinner and a chat with the engineer.

The bungalow was only a few meters from the beach, right by the sea, and the water was clean and crystal clear. There were umbrellas and loungers on the beach too. My daughter, my parents, and I spent two weeks at Hotel Poseidon and came away feeling wonderfully refreshed. The food was simple, tasty, varied, and made with good ingredients. We were treated like family: the managers were warm and accommodating, and the staff were kind and helpful. Thanks to the restaurant team for their professionalism and hospitality, to reception for always greeting us warmly, and especially to Francesco, who was so kind and available to guests.
