We were a group of 64 staying here for the Youth Jubilee, August 1-5, 2025. The hotel was convenient for Tor Vergata, where we met Pope Leo XIV, and there was a Conad supermarket and a McDonald's close by. The package came with a very good breakfast, and the garden had plenty of room for us. We could also order delicious pizza in the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The garden is wonderful, with a lovely place to relax and a great view over the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The rooms themselves are fine, and it's a very nice hotel. The breakfast was a big disappointment.

We arrived close to midnight after our flight was delayed. Our second-floor room was dirty and cold, with no way to heat it, and there was no warm water in the bathroom. The elevator wasn't working, so we had to carry our bags upstairs. We had already paid 150 euros per night through booking.com. Early the next morning, we found nobody to speak with. We told them we were leaving and asked for the cost of the remaining two nights back. They sent us to booking.com, but the money had already gone to the hotel. Even after several days, the hotel refused to refund any part of it. We've filed a complaint against the hotel and want to warn tourists not to book a stay here.

Mr Luca's hospitality made us feel so happy in this lovely place. He's clearly in love with his profession, and he was very friendly and professional. Many thanks to him and Ms Jada. Make sure to meet Mr Luca, and try the meat and tiramisu.

We stayed here through TrawelMart on May 7 and 8, 2024, and got room 306, which has no lift access. It was the worst room for a stay, with nowhere to keep our luggage and no help from reception. The lifts only go up to the second floor. There was no hot water for bathing on either of two consecutive days. The receptionist on hand couldn't converse in English, so we had to use a translator app. This hotel isn't worth the money. Better to avoid it in Rome.
