The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. I loved the traditional Italian look, just as it appeared in the pictures, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast came on a cute trolley, and I could pick what I wanted each day. The location was fantastic, a few minutes from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of major sights, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes around. My only problem was arriving late, after 9 pm. I waited more than half an hour to get into the hotel, which I hadn’t expected, and nobody had contacted me about my arrival time like other hotels have. Even so, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

We couldn’t even get in to check in. The hotel charged us the full amount beforehand and then seemed to disappear. The contact number we called didn’t exist, and we couldn’t find an email address or WhatsApp contact until we arrived and saw one on the door. Nobody replied, and there was no one at reception, just a locked door and an unanswered doorbell. No staff contacted us before arrival or on check-in day. After the check-in date, we got the excuse that the hotel staff set their own working hours. It was the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. This feels like a consumer rights violation, possibly even fraud. I can’t believe how it gets such a high hotel ranking.

Loved it! Really cosy and comfortable, with a lovely bed, great staff, and a great location. The free snacks and mini bar were generous.

A hotel that ghosted us, so we couldn’t check in. There was no one at reception, and nobody contacted us beforehand. It completely ruined our Roma holiday. Be careful if you don’t want the same awful travel experience.

I really enjoyed the traditional Italian design. I usually stay in modern hotels, so this was a nice change. We were given a complimentary chilled bottle of Prosecco and really enjoyed it. The staff were kind and helpful too. The hotel sits among several famous sights, about 5 to 20 minutes away on foot depending on where you’re going. It’s in a shopping district with plenty of high-end and local designer stores, plus restaurant options just 1-2 minutes away. Great location, and I’d definitely stay here again.
