Ely´s Residence is a stylish, lovely apartment with plenty of space, modern facilities and everything provided. It was clean and had a homey feel. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, and everything was arranged quickly and perfectly. I really enjoyed staying here. It's one of the top apartments I'd recommend.

We spent three days here while visiting the Veneto cities we wanted to see. The apartment was bright, sunny and clean, and had all the comforts we needed. With the weather being a little unpredictable, it was nice that the place was well heated. Elio was friendly and helpful when he welcomed us. We had a positive stay, and if I'm back in the area, this is one of the places I'll keep in mind. Highly recommended.

The place was dirty and unsanitary, with a couch that stank when I sat on it. I booked for a month, was charged too much, and then today the owner changed his mind, kept the money and made me pack my bags. The police came twice today. He kept lying, and I had nothing in writing because I'd paid him everything under the table. The owner is crazy, called me at 4 in the morning while I was asleep to tell me to turn the volume down, and will leave you stranded after messing things up. I have to report this now.

We've been staying at the residence for at least 15 years and always have a great time. Elio is a wonderful person. If you want a vacation where you feel at home, this is the place.

The apartments are very nice and well placed for getting around. Bassano del Grappa is just 3 minutes away, and there's plenty of parking on site.
