The apartment was lovely and very well located, just five minutes from St Peter's square, and our room was cleaned each day. Sandy was kind and helpful, and took care of everything we asked for, including an iron and extra shampoo. One disappointment: the bathroom notice says they care about nature, but the towels need more attention. They were dirty, and one had a lipstick mark, so we didn't use them.

We could walk to pretty much everywhere from this very central hotel. Vicky answered our questions quickly and was very helpful, and Sandy was lovely too, with useful suggestions for places to visit in Rome. Thank you!

We couldn't use the accommodation because of illness, so we asked for part of the payment back. There was no communication, no answer, and no refund.

A great base for seeing Rome, with helpful service and a spot close to the station.
