We spent five nights here, and it was a perfect base for exploring Rome. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the linens were crisp. There’s a mini-fridge in the room, and the staff were quick to respond and helpful on WhatsApp. Ottaviano metro station is just a two-minute walk away, though most of central Rome is reachable on foot in around 30 minutes. Mozart Café, two doors down, is a lovely spot for breakfast and espresso, with very friendly people.

We found bed bugs on the bed and walls when we got back around 10:30 PM, after checking in at about 6 and heading straight out to explore. We left the room immediately and tried calling and messaging the hotel several times, but got no response. We booked another hotel and left. The hotel only got back to us more than 50 minutes later. Even after we sent photos as proof and asked them to confirm the issue for an insurance claim, they denied finding bed bugs and would not confirm they were there. A horrible experience. Save your money and avoid this place.

The owners were very helpful, and I felt safe during my stay. The room and bathroom were both spacious, everything was very clean, and there was a mini fridge. The place is close to the Vatican, with plenty of good food and convenient shopping nearby. Someone else paid for this part of my trip, so I can't comment on the cost. Overall, it was excellent.

We spotted bed bugs and left right away. Not a pleasant stay, and apparently this isn't a new issue here. The bathroom also hadn't been cleaned. Avoid this place.

We couldn't make our Rome trip because of unavoidable work issues, so we asked the hotel about a refund, voucher, or moving the booking to different dates. We knew the reservation was non-refundable, but hoped they'd show some flexibility. We were open to other dates, yet they said there was no availability and refused every option. It didn't feel like they were trying to help or keep us as future customers. We've had much more accommodating responses from other hotels in similar situations, so this was disappointing. If your plans could change, be aware that this hotel won't work with you.
