The room was larger than we expected, well kept, and cleaned along with the bathroom every day while we were out. It was nice coming back to everything fresh. The place is also close to the Metro and bus stations, so I'd recommend staying here. We landed after 2 a.m. and ran into taxi trouble. The owner stayed up until we arrived and got us checked in quickly so we could sleep. He and his family were accommodating at breakfast the next morning, answered our questions, and pointed us to nearby places.

It was about a 10-minute walk from Termini. Danilo welcomed us warmly and shared some ideas for seeing the city. The room was very clean and got tidied daily, with biscuits, candies, and instant coffee replenished. Breakfast was prepared with care. Danilo and Cristina were both attentive and really friendly. It was quiet at night, so we could get some rest after long days, and the main sights were close and easy to reach. Breakfast had great food, too. The place was clean and pleasant, and the hosts were kind and attentive. They made us feel at home. A great stay for anyone.

We liked the clean, tidy hotel and its wonderful breakfasts. Danilo was attentive and caring, which we appreciated. My wife and I stayed for three days in September 2019 while traveling in Rome. Being near Termini station and close to Rome's historic center was convenient for us.

The owners were kind and helpful, and treated guests like family. Breakfast was fresh and very good. There was no view from our room, though it was spacious and had a heater, AC, and TV. The room and ensuite were cleaned daily. It's a quiet, cosy guesthouse on the first floor of a condominium building with a lift. Shops, a pharmacy, and other amenities are nearby.
