Carlo was really friendly and helpful, gave us maps and took time to explain what to see and how to get around. The rooms aren't especially big or luxurious, but they're comfortable and have what you need. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the price. Great value for Rome, with a perfect location near the metro and Vatican, plus nice cafes and a lovely street for a stroll.

The host was helpful and kept a respectful distance, and the room was clean and nice. Public transport was easy to reach from the location. Our room had its own bathroom, but using the shower turned it into a sauna because of the ventilation. The AC was there, though it didn't work very well. I'd still recommend it.

The owner was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed to explore Rome. He gave us a map, showed us the bus routes to the tourist attractions, and suggested restaurants nearby, including Al Giordano del Gatto de Volpe, a super restaurant. The room was spacious and very clean, with a good shower in the bathroom. It's in an apartment complex, close to Cipro metro station, about 300m away. We found the place a little hard to locate, but people living nearby pointed us in the right direction. We'd definitely return if we come back to Rome.

The room was simple and clean, and metro and bus stops are nearby. Our host was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He gave us lots of useful information about the city and helped us get tour tickets. An excellent experience, highly recommend!
