Aeterna Suites Collection

It was really, really bad. They take no responsibility at all. You have to check in by yourself without the owner, and the worst part was finding other people in my room who had the same keys as me!

I'd stayed here before, but the rooms were manky. When water ran in the hot tub or bath, it was mouldy. The mattress felt like sleeping on concrete, and they hadn't done the one thing I'd requested before we arrived. It's poorly run, and the owner more or less tries to sweeten you up so you'll leave a review. Avoid.

I stayed in your suite during my Rome trip five days ago and was very pleased with it. Mrs sheriff at reception and the rest of the staff were really helpful, and the cleaning was great.

Avoid this place. The pictures don't match reality. My room was old and dirty, the furniture was in bad shape, and the bathroom was very dirty too. I left after one night, but the property told booking.com that I hadn't arrived, even though I have a tax payment receipt from their terminal on the premises. The photos on booking.com and other platforms are outdated, and Aeterna Suites doesn't want to refund my stay. Be wise and find somewhere else in Rome.
