Affittacamere Campus Trigoria

The way we were treated made an already difficult trip much more stressful. My wife had an accident in Rome and needed surgery at a nearby hospital, and the staff showed us no empathy or even basic courtesy. From arrival, they acted as if we were a nuisance. We got there an hour before check-in and weren't allowed into the property at all, or even to wait in the courtyard. We had to stand out on the street while staff raised their voices at us. Requests for help or basic amenities during the stay were met with eye-rolls, dismissiveness, or outright refusals. There were extra charges for nearly everything, even holding our luggage briefly. The listing says car parking is available but doesn't mention extra fees. Communication was poor and there was no transparency. It felt like a constant attempt to get more money, not hospitality. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable. The property falls well below the standards booking apps should uphold. I strongly urge online booking platforms to reconsider listing it. Absolutely not recommended. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give.
