The location is the best part. I stayed for one night, and the room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and hot water. A very good hotel, recommended.

Handy for the metro and all the attractions, this was very good accommodation for a weekend in Rome. I recommend it!

I arrived in Rome today and still don’t know where I’ll sleep because the hotel is holding up my booking through Booking.com. The day before I was due to arrive, I got a notice on Booking.com asking me to change my bank details because the hotel couldn’t charge me. This was despite the hotel having taken the full amount almost three weeks earlier. Then they messaged me on WhatsApp saying water damage in the room meant they couldn’t accommodate me. They offered no replacement room or alternative. They asked me to request a free cancellation through Booking.com, but that option had expired two days earlier, so I couldn’t do it. When I called Booking.com support, the agents said the hotel had told them I hadn’t paid and that I’d get a room if I paid. Outrageous. I’m having a terrible time with Booking.com’s customer service because the hotel won’t give them answers and blames me, even though I did everything correctly, instead of admitting its own incompetence. If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is dishonest and completely unprofessional. Run away as fast as you can.

The location and bed were adequate, and the price was “normal” for Rome. Still, the place was dirty, service was poor, and maintenance was lacking. I don’t recommend it.
