The apartments are tastefully decorated, clean, and have a small kitchen equipped with what you need. You can make breakfast yourself or order it as an option. Pantano Borghese gives you a relaxed holiday, with Rome and the surrounding area to enjoy. It feels like the best of both worlds: a special, historic place reached by a long tree-lined lane, at a well-kept farm that's partly an 'agriturismo'. You feel out in the countryside, yet the metro entrance is only a five-minute walk away. For less than the price of a cup of cappuccino in Holland, you can be outside the Coloseum in 40 minutes. After walking around the busy, hot city, it feels good to return to the quiet and the pool.

We had a fantastic family event at the Tenuta over the weekend and had an incredible time. The staff were exceptionally kind, helping us from the planning stage through the event itself, and even sorting out an issue with one of our cars. It's in the countryside but still accessible from central Rome and both airports. I wholeheartedly recommend Tenuta Pantano Borghese for a holiday or an event, and definitely plan to return.

The setting was enchanting and peaceful, and made everyone feel good. It has plenty of history and is located on an ancient Roman aqueduct. The place was tastefully decorated, simple and authentic, yet comfortable and luxurious. Everyone was so friendly, caring, and helpful, and really met our needs. We were very happy and highly recommend it.

The mattress was so cozy I slept like a baby, it felt just like home. After the noise of the city, relaxing outside among the green fields and fresh air was a real pleasure. The farm has friendly, helpful staff and everything you need for simple, peaceful living close by. The metro is a fifteen-minute walk, so getting into the city is easy. My only regret was that the pool was closed, otherwise it would've been perfect. A lovely place to unwind, body and soul. Highly recommended!
