The place was dirtier than a public station, and the photos were misleading. I felt guests were being cheated at every turn, including over breakfast and the tourist tax. "Breakfast" means only a coffee and one croissant at the place next door, for which the owner charges 4 euros, though breakfast there alone costs no more than 2-3 euro. There was no internet at all, not even a router, and the toilet flush didn't work properly. The location isn't anything special either. It's one of the last metro stations in Rome. If you care even a little about your money, I'd definitely advise against staying here.
