I can't understand the 2.9 rating. People can be too demanding and expect a lot for what is a relatively low price in Italy. The hotel isn't expensive, and the value for money is excellent. It's conveniently close to a metro station, making the main attractions easy to reach. The rooms are clean, and the reception staff are very kind and always available. Compliments to the hotel and its friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend it. Greetings from Bosnia!

The staff were friendly, and the location near Ciampino airport was good. There were several restaurants within walking distance. A very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was so sparse that we had to go elsewhere to eat. What was there included stale, hard doughnuts. Service was poor, and the tax was extremely high. I can't see why this place has four stars; two at most would make sense.

The staff were kind and did their best to accommodate us, and the metro is nearby. Breakfast was mediocre, though not the worst. The rest was pretty disappointing: mould on the walls and in the unclean bathroom, a broken shower tray, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. We also didn't get proper bed sheets, the towels were dirty, and one day there was no hand soap. I don't understand the four-star rating. This place deserves two, and I felt sorry for the staff having to deal with it.
