Albergo Del Senato

Our superior room came with a guaranteed Pantheon view, and it delivered the best view I’ve ever had. I loved the little touches too: great quality shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, plus slippers and a bathrobe. Breakfast was included, with good service and freshly made coffee, and all guests can access the rooftop terrace for panoramic views. The service felt like a 5-star hotel, not a 3-star one. It isn’t cheap, but I thought it was great value for money and would love to return. Best hotel, best location, and a pleasure to stay here.

I spent nine days at Albergo del Senato in December 2025 with my eight-year-old daughter, and it was a very positive experience in every way. The reception staff were kind and attentive throughout, and they treated my daughter very well. Our room was clean and well organised. The location is outstanding for walking to Rome’s main attractions, with lots of good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.

The staff and room were perfectly fine. I spent my days out exploring and only came back to sleep, so I didn’t use any services. The Pantheon is right outside the front door, and it’s easy to walk to all the sights from here.

The staff made every day pleasant, always greeting us with big smiles. Luca at the front desk even went outside to try to find a cab for our group of six when we couldn’t get one. Julia, Sara, Daniele, Danilo, Luca, Faisal, Andrea, and Massimo were all kind and helpful. The breakfast spread was plentiful and outstanding. You step outside to the beautiful Pantheon and Piazza della Rotonda, with restaurants, cafes, and shops just a few steps away. We could walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Novona, and other places. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with amazing views. Rooms are small, but after a day out they’re just right for relaxing and sleeping. There’s also a beautiful rooftop with gorgeous views. We’ll definitely come back!
