Cate went out of her way to make us comfortable, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was extensive and a great way to start the day. It's two metro stops from Roma Termini. I'd stay again!

The metro is nearby, and there’s a good restaurant down the road. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it. The shared bathroom was always clean. I’m allergic to fragrance, though, and the strongly scented cleaning products set me off. I ended up keeping the window open for the whole trip and eventually asked them to stop cleaning the room so I could manage. That’s my own sensitivity, but anyone else affected by scents may find it difficult.

The room was large and the standard was acceptable. It’s conveniently close to the train station and metro, though the walk from the station felt a bit rough. Taking the metro for that short stretch might be a better option.

Breakfast on the terrace was lovely and delicious, and the staff were really sweet. The metro is close, with some good cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself was very nice, though the building it’s in felt a little odd.

We had a fantastic stay with our group of friends, thanks to Cate the owner. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great italian decor, and there’s plenty of room on the terrace. It takes about 10 minutes by metro to get to the Colosseum. We enjoyed it so much and can’t wait to come back.
