Clean place in a calm neighborhood, close to restaurants, shops, and the metro. It’s very close to Spanish Steps, literally a minute away, but keep in mind you may have to carry your luggage up those steps. Our room and bathroom were fine for three people, especially since we were out all day. Breakfast was the weak point. It was the same every day and mostly sweet, so if you like a bigger breakfast, you’ll need to eat somewhere else or pick something up at a shop.

A great base for exploring Rome, with a perfect location and comfortable rooms. The historic building feels authentic but has been adapted for modern life. Breakfast was fine, and the price was absolutely reasonable.

The owner and I never met, but he arranged everything by phone or email and it all went smoothly. The B&B is one minute from Piazza Spagna, near lots of places and a supermarket. The room was good, though the bed felt a little old to me. It was fine for my three-night stay, and breakfast was simple but good.

I had to cancel the day before my trip because a severe flu hit me in my country and I couldn’t fly to Rome. I sent them a medical diagnosis, but they still charged the full price for every day I was meant to stay, with no understanding or consideration. Be careful before booking here. These people don’t give you a second chance.
