Marco and his mother were friendly and helpful, though you’ll want some Italian or a phone translator to communicate with them. The rooms are large and the decor feels luxurious. This is a good place to stay around Ri De Roma if your budget is about 150 euros a night. My only concern is that calling it a 5-star hotel seems inaccurate, since it’s a B&B, not a hotel.

Marco welcomed us warmly and took time to explain how everything worked. The room was lovely, clean, and had all we needed. They also leave plenty of good snacks, handy for getting through the day. Breakfast was tasty, and the café staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely come back.

We’ve just had a fantastic stay and are already planning to return. There are loads of nearby places for coffee, lunch, or a drink, and getting here and around was easy. Even with all that close by, the place stayed calm and quiet, a winning mix for us. Everyone was super friendly. And the bathroom was absolutely awesome, I loved the whole thing!

It was a bit noisy for me, which was the one downside. Otherwise everything was nice. The room and bathroom were spotless, the mattress and pillow were amazing, and there was a wide range of soaps with an incredible smell.
