10/10
The room was comfortable and very clean, with a large double bed, a clean bathroom with steady hot water, air conditioning, a kettle, a fridge, and a smart TV. It was cleaned every day, which made coming back after long walks around the city really pleasant. The place is quiet and nice, with a couple of grocery stores nearby. The metro takes about 15 minutes to reach on foot, and the Vatican City about 25. Our hosts greeted us warmly, showed us around the room, and let us check in a little early on the first day. That was a big help after an overnight flight. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay and thank this place for a wonderful time in Rome.

What a disappointment. We weren’t expecting anything fancy, but our room was really dirty. There were stains on the pillows, hair in the bed, and empty shampoo bottles left in the dirty bathroom by previous guests. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are modern, elegant, and clean. Everything was handled by professional staff. I was genuinely impressed.

The staff did all they could to make our stay pleasant, and the service was great. The place was very neat and comfortable, with some really good cafés close by.

A peaceful place with easy access, clean and comfortable, and lovely restaurants nearby. I had the best time of my life, and Andenis luxury house was part of it.
