I chose this apartment at Christmas because it was near some relatives. There were four of us, and I was unhappy with the choice from the start. The cups for breakfast still had black marks from previous guests, and the kitchen rug was black, worn out, and horrible. The bathroom was dirty too. The little holder for the toothbrush was full of old, dried toothpaste, and there was dust, crumbs, and hair in the bedside table. I don’t think the place had been cleaned at all. The kettle was full of limescale and still had water in it. We couldn’t heat water for tea in the kitchen: the cooktop was induction, but the small pot wasn’t suitable, and there was no adapter. I chose it based only on the location and have never been this dissatisfied with a choice. Never again. Avoid it.

The rooms looked just like the pictures and were very clean. Isabella was genuinely helpful, showing us how to get around and make the most of our time in Rome. We picked this wonderful apartment by chance, though its name caught my eye because it means something special to me. Its location is a real advantage for exploring Rome and enjoying the city center. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.

Isabella is very kind and always available. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and its location was excellent, just steps from the subway and close to St. Peter’s.

Everything was easy to reach, and the apartment had all the amenities. Isabella was welcoming and explained the main things to know about the city really well. There’s room for improvement, but it already has a lot going for it.
