The best surprise was the big TV with an Amazon Firestick, so we could watch online platforms like Netflix and Prime Video. Our room or apartment was fantastic, with a private long balcony and nice lighting throughout. The restroom was absolutely clean, and the beds were quite comfortable.

The balcony was comfortable, and the area stayed quiet. Inside, the apartment was clean and welcoming, with everything needed for cooking for yourself. Mr. Paolo was kind and ready to explain the transport options. It’s a good idea to check how to get around before you arrive.

The balcony and kitchenette made it easy to have breakfast or a quick lunch, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and welcoming, in a lovely green residential part of Rome, an easy walk from Unicusano University. Mr. Paolo looked after us throughout our stay and was incredibly kind and courteous, sharing useful information along the way. We stayed here on July 7, 2022, and had a truly pleasant, relaxing visit. I highly recommend it.

I recommend this place. The apartment was well cared for, with a full kitchen setup and a balcony, and it was quiet and clean. A supermarket, the zoo park, a pharmacy, and the bus station were nearby, so we had what we needed. The owner welcomed us warmly and was very kind and helpful.
