Appartamento Villa Borghese

We had a great five-day stay. The location was perfect, close to public transport and a historical park, and the host was wonderful and accommodating. I’d recommend it to anyone flying to Rome.

Marco made a stressful change of plans much easier. Rome was packed when we arrived, so we had to reschedule and cancel most of our booking. He offered us one night at the best price, refunded the rest, and even let us choose a better room for that night. After more than 15 years of travel, I’d call him the best host I’ve come across anywhere. He was always ready to help with whatever we needed. The room itself was brand new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The place is quiet but handy for restaurants and markets, and we could walk everywhere. The entrance is discreet, in what looks like a nice apartment building. Once you see the rooms, you won’t regret staying here.

Marco was a great host. He pointed us toward some really good food and checked that we were comfortable. The place is also close to public transportation. We highly recommend it.

Marco found us a place to stay at very short notice after the family room we’d booked through hotels.com turned out to be unavailable because of overbooking. It was late at night when we arrived, but he was there to welcome us and arranged a room for that first night. We got a second room the next day. The rooms were comfortable and nice, in a peaceful spot near Borghese Park. There’s a shared kitchen area with a fridge, and they offer a light continental breakfast with juice, coffee, yoghurt, pastries and similar things. Marco also suggested several good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our time in Rome and at Villa Borghese Rooms.
