Aria Rome Rooms

The location was hard to beat, with San Giovanni Plaza just across the street and several restaurants within two blocks. Sampietrino’s and Merulana Cafe were our favorites. The subway, tram, taxi, city bus, and Hop on Hop off bus were also all within two blocks. I travel for work and usually look for at least a 3 star hotel, so we were unsure at first. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the stay turned out wonderful. There was a lot of traffic and plenty of sirens, maybe because a hospital is close. If you’ve lived in a big city, that feels normal. Giuliano, our host, was great. He helped when our first flight was cancelled, suggested places to eat, and checked in to see if we were okay. We’ll stay here whenever we’re in Rome. I can’t recommend it enough.

Our room was quiet and had wonderful views, and breakfast left us completely full. We really enjoyed staying at Aria Rome Rooms. Our host was warm, gracious, and generous, and we’d happily recommend the place. There’s plenty to see nearby, along with some good restaurants. We liked being able to walk around or use transit, which was easy to reach for trips farther out.

The location is spot on for a city break, with the Colosseum just a 10 minute walk away. We stayed in a perfect B&B, with spacious, clean rooms and a little balcony overlooking the square. The welcome was lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back next year!

The host was warm and easy to talk to, and helped with whatever we needed. Breakfast was a continental spread with plenty to choose from. We loved the room and its beautiful view, and would definitely stay again. There are a few local restaurants around the corner, with great prices and proper Italian food.
