A real plus was being able to leave our bags there. The place was quiet overnight, though late arrivals and people coming back late can make some noise. Our room was spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom, and service in the mornings was friendly. There’s no common space, just the rooms. It’s close to the main train station and two metro stops, with loads of cafes and restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the street. We were glad we chose it.

We got upgraded to the suite in this nice apartment style hotel. We were out all the time, so didn’t get to enjoy the room much, and the street-facing window still had no view. The lift was really awkward to use, even for someone who’d handled a manual one at age 9.

They made us feel welcome from the start, with smiles and open arms. The place was very clean and quiet, and it was easy to get help after I lost a key. They can buzz you in remotely, which is great. The accommodations and accessibility were on point, and the attention to guests goes above and beyond. I’d recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and shared useful tips for places to see with fewer tourists. The rooms are large and well furnished, the bed is very comfortable, and you can choose your pillows. It’s handy for the main train station and metro, with lots of good restaurants just a two minute walk away. Check your email in the days before you arrive, since they send detailed instructions for getting in. The elevator is large and fast by Italian city standards, and their luggage storage after checkout is fantastic. One of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe.
