Matteo was a great help to me and my family, showing us how to get around Rome and recommending good places. The hotel service was friendly and helpful too. We stayed in January, in the first half of the month, and found it quiet and peaceful, right next to the Vatican in the center of Rome. A fantastic spot for a few days in the Eternal City. I highly recommend it and hope to return.

The room was warm and cozy, with an amazing view, and we had a delightful stay. It was very clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and served us a delicious breakfast.

Matteo, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I asked. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with everything well maintained. Its location was just right for the things I needed nearby. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Matteo was a pleasure to deal with and always ready to help. On our first day he offered a map and recommendations. Each morning there were pastries, homemade cakes, and coffee, plus fruit, yogurt, and cereal. He also let us leave our bags on the last day when we had a late flight back, which helped a lot. The location is especially handy for the Vatican: it’s under a 15 minute walk to the Vatican museum and about 10 minutes to the nearest Metro station. From there, the main sights are under 10 minutes away. Our room was really spacious, with plenty of room for bags and moving around. The bed was very soft, with a memory foam mattress, so it may take some getting used to if you prefer a firm one. The design is modern, the room was cleaned and the bed made each day, and the bathroom was roomy too. The large shower had a rain head and great pressure.
