Hotel Artemide

The complimentary minibar was a thoughtful extra and added good value. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, a nice place to rest after exploring Rome. From the smooth online booking through checkout, the experience was excellent. Staff were warm, professional, and ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend Hotel Artemide for its hospitality, comfortable rooms, and attention to detail.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Hotel Artemide, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel was beautiful, and the welcome and service were exceptional throughout. A special shout-out to Valona, who took us on a golf cart tour of Rome. She was wonderful, knew so much about the city's history, and made the tour both fun and informative. She really made the trip special. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

The staff were great, attentive, and always available. The gym was decent, the mini bar was a nice touch, and the Deluxe room was a good size apart from the bathroom. The location was awesome. We enjoyed our stay, though I'd rate the accommodation closer to three stars than four. The rooms felt dated and could use an upgrade. The bathroom was tiny, the door hit the bidet, and the layout wasn't great. The shower was so slippery that I worry about older guests. Breakfast wasn't that good. We only went because it was included in our package. I understand a buffet has to suit different people, but it felt like quantity over quality.

We were impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was, especially Sebastian at the front desk, who went above and beyond and upgraded our room. It was my birthday, though we hadn't mentioned it, and staff sent up a bucket with champagne and chocolates. The breakfast buffet was included and amazing. Between the food and the staff, who smiled, laughed, and chatted like friends, it was the best breakfast experience we could hope for in Rome. The Hotel Artemide is lovely, with clean, beautiful rooms in the city center. We chose it after reading the reviews, and they were right. We have a spa day planned for tomorrow and are excited to go, and the rooftop bar looks amazing, so we intend to visit tonight. Thank you for your care during our stay. We'll be back.
