The owner was really friendly and, although he didn't speak much English, he checked that we had what we needed. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My friend got her laundry done for free, and after checkout we could leave our bags there for the day. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

There are lots of cafes nearby, and the place is close to Station Termini, handy if you're coming by train or the SIT airport bus. The room is very simple, but it was plenty for a short city visit. It was on the ground floor, with wooden doors for security. The windows were good, though we could still hear some street noise. Clean, well located, good price, and a nice host. A perfect base for a few days in Rome.

We were three people and stayed for two nights. The room was clean, quiet, and fairly spacious. The location was good too, about a 7-10 minute walk from Termini.

This place costs far too much for what you get. The internet kept causing problems, and the staff didn't seem to care about guests. They barely interact with you in person and aren't welcoming at all.

At Arthouse, the room turned out quite a bit bigger than I expected, and the bed was comfortable. The service was great, and I enjoyed staying there.
