The pastries left in the kitchen each morning were such a nice treat. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, and Luca was a great host. He sent very detailed instructions for getting in after his usual check-in hours, which made things easy for us. He replied promptly whenever we messaged him on WhatsApp, and we really appreciated his help arranging delivery of a wheelchair.

Luca was a lovely host and even offered us croissants as we checked out. The room was spotless, including the toilet, and the interior was awesome. The beds were comfortable, and there’s a mini kitchen with teabags and a kettle. There’s also a balcony, a nice extra even without a good view. You’re close to lots of good restaurants and shops, as well as historical landmarks. I was amazed at how good it was for the price, probably the most luxurious place in Rome at that price. Definitely recommend staying here!

Mr. Luca is an exceptional host. He explains things in detail and promptly handles any questions or concerns. The room service is marked by excellent cleanliness, and the kitchen is organized and easy to use. Each morning there’s a nice breakfast with a fresh croissant, coffee, and milk. The hotel is in a prime Rome location near the metro and other tourist attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Caicedo’s Family.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the host was very kind, even providing breakfast. It’s close to the center, and there’s also an airport bus that stops nearby. I recommend staying here on a future visit.

The owner and manager, Lucas, goes above and beyond. Staying at this B&B was itself a kind of tourist experience, and one we’ll always cherish.
