Gino was kind and really helpful, explaining what was worth seeing and how to get around. The rooms were clean and nice, and the location was great. I'd recommend the place and will definitely return.

We spent 22 days here and had a great stay. Gino was very hospitable and checked that my husband and I were comfortable throughout the trip. The rooms were very clean, and the location worked brilliantly for getting around Rome, with trains and buses nearby. St. Peters is a 10-minute walk away.

There’s a grocery store right across the street, plus plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The neighborhood felt safe, and the Vatican is very close, with everything walkable. The train station is also nearby, just be sure to follow the platform toward the Vatican. Gino was so friendly and explained everything to help us have the best stay.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The Vatican is within walking distance, too. Our host was incredibly friendly 🥰 We’ll definitely come back!

We really enjoyed the cafe downstairs for morning pastries. Gino was attentive and shared lots of helpful information and recommendations about the area. It’s a lovely spot for exploring Rome on foot, close to Vatican City and with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Thoroughly recommend!
