There was dust everywhere, hair on the mattress, and mold in the apartment. The host was rude and kept half my money.

The accommodation is an apartment without a front desk, so getting by could feel difficult if you don't speak much English. The location and price are both good.

The heating and cooling barely worked, and there was no elevator. We were on the top floor, going up and down in a sweat with a newborn. I waited an hour outside with the baby because nobody was there when I went looking for the place or tried to ring the bell. The owner had left it in their son's hands, but he couldn't be found. It was the worst studio apartment, not even a hotel, and I wouldn't have given it a star, lol. Getting lost in Italy was awful. I felt completely scammed ㅠㅠ
