It’s a great value and location if you need to stay overnight before flying out of Rome, Fiumicino. The place feels like a home away from home, and Stella is a lively, energetic host who speaks Italian, English, and Spanish. The area is safe to walk around, close to the beach for a stroll, and near a superb little spot for fresh pasta made to order, Il Bistrot Della Pasticciona, with perfect ice cream right next door. The photos online are accurate, no surprises.

I stayed at AzzuroMare, where Katia was attentive to guests’ needs right from check-in. The property has every comfort, with private parking, and the location is excellent. It’s clean and friendly through and through. See you soon!

We had a great location, only steps from the beach, with everyday shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes all easy to reach on foot. The landlords were really friendly and helpful, and they replied quickly whenever we had a question. The apartment was nicely furnished but very noisy. I also can't confirm the cleanliness mentioned in other reviews: there was a stained bathroom mirror, limescale on the shower screen, hair in the drawers, dust on the floor, and rubbish from the previous guests in the bin. Hopefully it was just a one-off, but that's what we found.

The terrace was large, with tables and chairs, and there was free parking in the enclosed courtyard. The apartment was stylish, bright, and cozy, with lots of lighting options in each area and blinds throughout. It also has heating for colder visits and an easy entrance for strollers. There were two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each had its own shower, toilet, and bidet. The roomy shower stalls had what we needed, including a hair mask, sun protection, and a hair dryer. We were allowed to check in an hour early as agreed. Two women showed us around and explained everything. A bottle of wine was waiting in the fridge, along with enough breakfast food for four for three mornings: two kinds of croissants, jam, Nutella, cookies, toast, tea, coffee, cappuccino, and milk for lattes. There was an electric kettle too, which hasn't been available at other places even when listed. They said we could use the oil, sauces, and pasta as well. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice extra. This was the best apartment we'd stayed in in Italy.

The owner was genuinely friendly and polite, and the apartment worked perfectly for a stay. It has a living room and kitchen, plus two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom each. Everything was very clean, and there were plenty of breakfast items.
