It was close to the metro, but for this price you can find much better places. The shared area was extremely noisy late at night, with people drinking and making a racket, and we couldn't get hold of the host to sort it out. Sound carries badly too. We heard things from outside, the next room, and upstairs, so getting to sleep was really difficult.

Why is the service like this? Check-out was at 10 a.m., but someone tried to hurry us out at 9, without knocking or telling us beforehand. Dear hotel, get your staff some watches. This is insane!

Getting inside was difficult because it required internet on my phone, and I couldn't get in touch with the owners. The night was loud, with cars and people talking and laughing until 2 a.m., then electric trains starting at 5 a.m. There was a small fridge in the room, but you'll need to bring your own tea or coffee.

The rooms were decent, and the location was great, very close to the metro line.

The room was clean, though it had a bad smell, and there wasn't much hot water. Noise came from both the metro nearby and the neighborhood. The location is excellent, very close to Basilica San Paolo station on line B. It's a good Rome price if you're satisfied with what you get for the money.
