B&B CultRoma Roof Garden

Good morning. We never met the owner in person, either when we arrived or when we left. The rooms are lovely and welcoming, and the location is excellent for getting around by public transport. Breakfast was acceptable, but it was only packaged items such as tartlets. The service felt unprofessional and unhelpful, which is a shame given the beautiful rooms and convenient location.

The owner was genuinely kind and wonderful. He made sure my arrival was taken care of even though my flight delay made me late. The place is clean and well maintained, in a central, quiet area close to the metro. Everything is new, and the bed and pillows are really comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for breakfast, like at home. I highly recommend B&B Cultroma Roof Garden for a stay in Rome!

A terrible experience. The owner had confirmed by text that the room was available and told us we didn't need to book through AirBnB. Then, the evening before we arrived in Rome, he said he hadn't realized other people had booked those dates through the app and that he would cancel our reservation. That was highly unfair.

That mattress deserves a mention, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It's a fair way from the city center, but Castro Pretorio metro station is close, which makes getting around more flexible.
