B&B Hotel Roma San Lorenzo Termini

The main desk staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and pleasant. The bedside lights were too bright, almost blinding. The luggage lockers are in poor shape: half weren't working, and when one broke, the solution was to force it open by jamming a key into the gap. Breakfast was very lackluster. Cereal milk was warm, when it was available at all, and the cereal itself was stale and chewy. By 9am they'd run out of fruit. Eggs and bacon were rarely available, and the eggs were overcooked when they were. Management needs more breakfast staff, and the chef should taste the food.

I recommend B&b san Lorenzo. Our room was clean, spacious, and eco friendly. The lovely receptionist helped us figure out how to get around Rome and offered to book a taxi to the station. The breakfast buffet deserves applause, with fresh, quality options from savory to sweet.

B&B Hotel San Lorenzo was comfortable and welcoming, with warm staff. It wasn't fancy, but it was affordable, clean, and well located. The water fountain downstairs was handy for refilling bottles, and I appreciated the little snack shelf. The front desk attendant, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, was especially kind. When I asked for restaurant suggestions as a visitor, she gave me several good options within a 10-minute walk. She even offered to call and book the one I picked, which I really appreciated. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it was nice to know it was available. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
