The location is excellent, and the rooms are really clean. The lady was so welcoming, kind, and nice. There was street noise, which was the one drawback, but I came away with lovely memories of Rome after our week there.

We couldn’t stand staying there and left early. There were bugs, dust, and poor cleaning, and one of the towels had blood on it. Disgusting. They also gave us the wrong Wi-Fi password, the one printed on the TV sticker, while saying they’d changed it and didn’t understand the problem. I checked their router, and that had the right password. They moved us to another room, but we ran into the same issues there.

Very convenient and comfortable, with everything neat and well arranged. The location is easy to find and really close to the train and bus terminal. The service was very good. Simple and practical, and it does what it’s meant to do.
