We were left outside for hours because we couldn't get into the property, and nobody answered our calls or messages. That ruined much of an otherwise great vacation. We had to find another room at the last minute, farther from the train station and tourist buses, and at a much higher price. Expedia couldn't reach the property either. After days of trying, Expedia said it would ask them about refunding our payment, but I heard from neither of them. I disputed the charge through my credit card. The location listed for BB Plus sounds good if it's real, but this was a stressful experience. I can't say whether they give access to some guests at some times or whether the reviews are fake. If you take the chance, have a backup plan. It gets cold outside, and you don't want to be stuck sleeping there.

The host was kind throughout our stay, and my brother and I were very pleased with the place. We had everything we needed in the basic but comfortable room. It's close to Termini stations, with plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby. Good value for the price, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Booking.com canceled our reservation after my boyfriend and I had already arrived in Italy. We'd paid more than €100 for the stay, and now, 2.5 months later, they STILL HAVEN'T refunded us!

We only stayed one night, but it was spectacular. They let us check in early with no trouble, and the woman who welcomed us was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It's close to the train station, too. Everything was excellent, and I'd happily stay again. Thank you! Best regards!

The one real advantage is how close this B&B is to Termini Station. It's well connected to the metro, so getting around the city is easy. Beyond that, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
