Anna was genuinely kind and attentive, and breakfast was good. The rooms and shared spaces were very clean, too. The location is especially handy, right by Campo dei Fiori, with the Spanish Steps within an easy walk and a lively neighborhood for evening strolls.

Anna was a lovely host. She even kept our bags for the whole last day and arranged a taxi to the airport. The accommodation was comfortable and covered everything we needed. Its spot next to Campo de' Fiori made it easy to enjoy Rome without relying on public transport. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

The location was the one good point. We spent two nights here, and although Anna welcomed us impeccably, the rest didn’t match what I’d read in the other reviews. It was noisy: a bar beneath the window of one of the two bedrooms stayed open until 2:00 AM on Friday and Saturday nights. The apartment felt too small to share with strangers, especially when they were rude, as ours were. The price was far too high for the service we got.

The apartment stayed clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The host was attentive to one of our allergies and provided gluten-free food. On our first day, he also suggested places to see and eat. Taking his excellent service into account, I’d rate the stay a 10.

Anna runs this excellent B&B, and the breakfast was great. It’s right in the heart of Piazza dei Fiori but still quiet. Navona, the Pantheon, the Jewish Quarter, Trastevere, and Altare della Patria are all convenient to reach on foot. A thoroughly deserved five stars.
