A simple, clean hotel with friendly people and an okay breakfast. It isn’t self service, but you can ask for more and they’ll bring it. The location works well: it’s a 10-minute walk through the park to San Giovanni metro on the A line, and that same line takes you to Termini train station.

A good, simple hotel to use as a base for exploring, with friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast on the roof terrace is excellent. In dry weather, you can take it outside and enjoy the city views.

A great place that I’d rate highly. Just keep in mind it’s a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star one, so expect 3-star amenities.

The building is very old and was once part of the adjoining Church. The restaurant on the roof has good views.

I was very pleased with the unusual monastery atmosphere. This is a quiet, spacious monastery beside its church, so the stay feels more monastic than hotel-like. There are long, high halls and large rooms with simple furnishings and bathrooms. Breakfast is simple and served without a buffet. In winter it’s in a glass-enclosed room on the roof, with beautiful views, though it doesn’t feel cozily warm.
