I spent three nights there and had a good stay. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The location is convenient for catching the train, and there’s free parking around the hotel.

It was okay.

Being so close to Policlinico Gemelli was especially useful: the station is only a few meters away, and one stop takes you straight to the hospital entrance. There’s also a well-lit, well-kept walking and cycling path that locals and students use. The shared bikes and scooters along it were often out of charge, though. I spent five days at B&B Bea. It’s a small, quiet place with three rooms, though I only saw one. The furnishings are simple, but everything was spotless, which matters a lot to me. The shared kitchen was neat, with new appliances that all worked, and the bed had a very comfortable mattress that seemed new. Beatrice was warm and helpful while still giving me space, even though she lives in the same building. I also had no trouble finding free street parking on the white lines, despite there being no reserved spot. It’s a comfortable, well-kept option if you want somewhere peaceful and clean near Gemelli.
