The hosts were kind and very helpful, and the room was clean and nice. I stayed at B&B La Lupa for three nights. I rode my bicycle to the city centre, including Vatican City and other historic places, which took about 30 minutes.

There are shops, cafes, and takeaways just a short walk away, and Ottavia train station is only about three minutes on foot. The place was spotless and tidy. My single room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and towels plus basic complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was simple, self-service, and good, and the coffee was excellent. There's also a lovely covered shared terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. Great value for money.

We only stayed one night, but had a great time. The owner was very kind and gave us directions for dinner and the Foro Italico. We'd definitely come back if we get the chance.

Getting around by public transport is easy from this family-run B&B. It was clean and clearly well cared for, and if you're arriving by car there's indoor parking or you can park on the street outside. Recommended.
